Ensemble was founded to improve how ports manage their most important asset, their workforce.
People are the most expensive, scarce, and impactful driver of productivity, yet ports still rely on Excel, WhatsApp, whiteboards and paper to manage them. This often leads to poor decision-making, vessel delays and missed revenue, unnecessary overtime and contractor costs, and unfair schedules for employees.
